What’s Included:
- Vision test (Snellen chart)
- Hearing test
- Blood pressure & pulse
- Urine test (for medical conditions – not drugs)
- Height, weight, BMI
- Review of medical history & medications
- Physical examination
What to Bring:
- Valid driver’s license or ID
- Glasses or hearing aids (if applicable)
- List of current medications
- CPAP compliance report (if diagnosed with sleep apnea)
- Clearance letter or recent reports (if you have conditions like heart disease, diabetes, etc.)
How Long It Takes:
Most exams take 20–30 minutes. You’ll leave with your DOT Medical Certificate the same day if you qualify.
Cost:
Flat fee: $80
